  • Get ready for an electrifying experience at the iconic Gold Pyramid in Wadsworth, Illinois. The Global Pyramid Conference (GPC) gathers leading scientists, researchers, healers, and innovators to explore the enduring wisdom of ancient pyramids and their modern-day relevance.

    This year’s highlights include the Khafre Project, using advanced vibration technology to non-invasively scan in the Giza Plateau—reshaping our understanding of history.

    As a vendor or healer, you’ll reach an engaged audience eager to explore pyramid-related products, wellness practices, and holistic solutions.

  • Set-Up & Logistics

    Set-Up Times

    Large Booths: Thursday, Sept. 25 | 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

    Standard Booths: Friday, Sept. 26 | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    Event Hours

     - Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
     - Saturday: 8:30 AM – 9:30 PM
     - Sunday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

    Teardown begins after 2:30 PM. Must be complete by 6:00 PM

    Meals & Lodging
    Vendors access to meals 30-minutes before attendees.
    Discounted lodging available at Hampton Inn (free parking, Wi-Fi, hot breakfast)

    Terms & Acknowledgment

    By registering, you agree to the following:

    1. Badges must be worn at all times. Additional staff badges must be requested by Sept. 7, 2025.
    2. Booth Use: Remain open and staffed during event hours. No subletting. Promotional materials must stay within your space.
    3. Décor: All items must be fire-safe (no open flames). No items may be affixed to venue walls.
    4. Sound: Must be kept at respectful levels. No loud music.
    5. Scents: No incense burning and please refrain from strong perfumes.
    6. Electricity: Must be requested in advance.
    7. Insurance: Vendors are required to carry liability insurance or accept full responsibility.
    8. Liability Waiver: GPC, the Gold Pyramid House, and all event staff and volunteers are not liable for loss, theft, fire, or damage to vendor property.
    9. Compliance: Vendors must follow all local laws, safety regulations, and event policies.
    10. Photography/Videography: Not permitted without written approval.
    11. Cancellations: No refunds. Space may be transferred with approval no later than Sep. 1st, 2025. If GPC cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, fees will be applied to the next event.

    By submitting this form, I confirm that:

    1. I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions above
    2. I will not dismantle my booth before 2:30 PM on Sunday
    3. I will submit staff names and insurance info by Sept. 7, 2025
    4. I understand GPC may accept or reject my participation based on alignment with the conference's mission.
