  • We're currently hiring experienced remote closers for our portfolio of high-ticket offers. This is a performance-based opportunity with our sales management company Remote Closers.

     

    Company Overview:

     

    We're a specialized sales management company that exclusively handles sales professionals for multiple high-ticket offers in the coaching, consulting, dfy agencies, and info products. Our clients are established 6 and 7-figure a month businesses looking for elite sales talent who can consistently convert leads into high-value sales.

    We have opportunities for both appointment setters (qualifying and warming leads) and closers (converting qualified prospects into sales). Depending on your experience level, we'll place you in the role where you can be most successful and earn the most money.

     

    Position Overview:

     

    For Setters:

    • $3K-$8K+ monthly for consistent performers who book quality appointments
    • Lead qualification and nurturing - work with warm inbound leads
    • Clear promotion path to closing roles based on performance
    • Comprehensive training on our proven qualification systems


    For Closers:

    • $8K-$20K+ monthly for proven performers - this is an earned position
    • Warm, pre-qualified leads only - appointments already set by our setters
    • Multiple high-ticket offer portfolio to maximize earning potential
    • Reserved for demonstrated top performers who've proven themselves

     

    Important: All positions are 100% performance-based commission roles. Closer positions are earned, not given. Most new team members start as setters and work their way up based on performance, coachability, and results. If you've never worked in sales before, you'll most likely begin as a setter - and that's exactly where you should start to build the foundation for long-term success.

     

    You Will Recieve:

     

    • Complete sales infrastructure: CRM, scripts, training materials, and ongoing coaching support

    What We're Looking For:

     

    For Setter Roles:

    • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
    • Coachable attitude - we'll train you on our systems
    • Consistent availability and reliable work ethic
    • Basic sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate


    For Closer Roles:

    • Proven closing experience with high-ticket offers ($3K-$15K+ price points)
    • Track record of consistent performance and hitting/exceeding targets
    • Professional expertise in handling complex objections and closing techniques
    • Results-driven mindset with documented success in performance-based roles
    • This is an earned position - most candidates start as setters and elevate themselves first
       

    For All Candidates:

     

    • Comfortable with 100% commission and performance-based income
    • Professional communication skills via phone, email, and video
    • Reliable internet/workspace for remote work
    • Serious about earning potential - this isn't a side hustle or guaranteed income

    Both roles require discipline, follow-up skills, and the ability to represent premium offers professionally. You'll be working with sophisticated buyers who expect expertise. If you're looking for easy money or can't handle performance expectations, this isn't for you.
