I understand that while involved he/she will be under control and care of the group leader and/or other adults approved by the Relentless leadership and that, while the staff in charge will take all reasonable care of the children, they cannot necessarily be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by my child during, or as a result of the activity.

We will only use information gathered in relation to our youth programme that meets the specific responsibilities as set out in the General Data Protection Regulations. However, from time to time we would like to contact you with details of programmes, trips and youth camps.
