    Service Agreement
    By submitting this reservation, you (“Client”) engage Vicmar Installation Group LLC (“Provider”) to perform the selected services at the address provided. All work will be carried out in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards.
    Payment & Deposit
    • Hourly rates and flat fees apply as per our published pricing. Overtime, specialty items, or additional services beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.
    Access & Site Conditions
    • Client is responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to all work areas.
    • Any damage caused by hidden obstacles (wiring, pipes, poor floor condition) will be discussed and billed at cost.
    Liability & Warranty
    • Provider carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
    • We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from completion; warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.
    Client Responsibilities
    • Remove personal items, valuables, and fragile objects from the work area.
    • Ensure pets and small children are kept safe and away from the work zone.
    Privacy & Data
    • All personal information collected will be used solely to fulfill your reservation and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
    Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Davidson County.
