    For Early Bird Pricing: Please Submit Form, Attachments and Payment No Later Than August 1st, 2025
  • A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 is included in the price of your vendor space.

    New Vendors: You must provide images depicting your display and/or products you intend to offer at the festival, or working links to a web page where items may be viewed.

    Vendor Loyalty Program: Vendor spaces are assigned first to returning vendors in appreciation for their loyalty; then on a first-come first-served basis based on the date your application is received, with remaining spaces taken into account. 

    Merchandise Vendors: 10x10 space fee - $250 for 1st 10x10, 2nd 10x10 is $125, and each additional 10x10 is $100

    Food Vendors: 10x10 Space Fee - $575 for 1st 10x10, 2nd 10x10 is $170, and each additional 10x10 is $125

    Vendor Fees are based on the entire weekend, and each vendor package includes:

    • Vendor/Staff passes for festival entry
    • Electric Services (be sure to upload your list electrical needs below)

  • 1. Vendor acknowledges that CHA's insurance does not include coverage for Vendors. IN NO EVENT IS CHA LIABLE TO VENDOR OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY THEFT, DAMAGE, INJURY, LOSS, OR DEATH, OR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION WHETHER ARISING IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE.

    2. Vendor acknowledges that it has reviewed this Agreement and CHA's vendor guidlelines. Vendor will comply with this Agreement, the Vendor Guidelines, any request by a CHA representative and all applicable local, state, and federal laws. CHA may terminate this Agreement immediately if CHA determines that Vendor is in violation of this Agreement. 3. Vendor may terminate this Agreement at any time. No refunds of any fees paid to CHA Vendor's termination of this Agreement is received by CHA less than 30 days prior to the event.

    4. Vendor agrees that the information provided by the Vendor to CHA, including but not limited to the vendor's likeness, name, and logo, and images may be used on CHA's web pages, including the Festival pages, in the official Festival program, and on other printed, photographic and graphics materials related to the event.

    5. The effective date of this Agreement is the date this Agreement is last signed by a party below.
