Convening for Dance and Culture Scholarship

An annual two day experience in Detroit. This event has interactive classes from expert instructors of the African Diaspora and an evening concert by the Temate Institute performance company. This scholarship program provides free drum and dance classes to eligible Detroiters interested in dance and culture. Classes are open to all experience levels.
