  • Christmas in July is a summer spin-off of the beloved Ladies Night event that has been hosted at The Tower for over 15 years. Since Toscana’s Ristorante came under new ownership by Liberty and Alex Santiago two years ago, we’ve received numerous requests from both vendor partners and guests to bring the magic of Ladies Night to the summertime — and we listened.

    We’ve thoughtfully selected a Friday evening after the Stanislaus County Fair to maximize attendance and create the perfect kickoff to the weekend. 

    🎟️ Guest Admission is $15 and includes:

    A glass of wine or champagne
    One raffle ticket to win from a selection of approximately 20 curated prizes
    🎶 Enjoy upbeat vibes with live DJ entertainment
    🍽️ Toscana’s will be open and serving food for dine-in guests
    🍷 Vendors will receive 2 drink tickets redeemable for beer, wine, champagne, or soda (Must be 21+ with ID for alcohol consumption)

    🤝 Vendor Participation Requirement:
    We kindly ask each vendor to donate an item from their shop to be included in the guest door prize raffle. This is a fun way to showcase your brand and engage with attendees.

    This festive summer event is all about community, connection, and cross-promotion — and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

    Transparency Statement

    At Toscana’s Ristorante, we believe in being fully transparent with our community and vendor partners. Christmas in July is a for-profit event and is not being marketed or presented as a fundraiser of any kind.

    All admission and vendor fees contribute directly to covering the costs associated with hosting a high-quality event, including but not limited to:

    Live entertainment and DJ services
    Public music licensing fees required by law
    Event marketing efforts (printed materials, signage, banners, fliers, etc.)
    Staffing and logistical support to organize and host the event successfully
    Our goal is to create a vibrant and well-attended summer celebration that supports local businesses, engages the community, and offers a memorable experience for all involved.

  • Marketing Requirements

  • At Toscana’s Ristorante, we have seen the power of collaboration to create successful, high-impact events. Our experience has shown that events perform best when all participating vendors actively contribute to marketing efforts. Therefore, cross-promotion is not optional — it is essential.

    As part of your participation in any Toscana’s-hosted event, you are expected to promote the event a minimum of once per week on Instagram for the four weeks leading up to the event date.

    This includes:

    • Posting to your main Instagram feed (graphics, videos, or behind-the-scenes content getting followers excited to attend our event)
    • Sharing to your Instagram stories (with event flyers, countdowns, or interactive polls)
    • Tagging @toscanas_restaurant in all event related content posted or shared
    • We understand that every business is unique, but to maintain fairness and maximize visibility for all participants, only businesses with an active Instagram presence capable of participating in this minimum promotional requirement will be accepted as vendors.

  • Vendor Rules

  • Each vendor will be assigned a 5' x 10' space to display all goods for sale, marketing signage, and promotional materials. Please plan your setup to remain fully contained within this space.

    Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup equipment, including:

    Tables with floor-length table covers (required)
    Chairs (optional)
    Any display racks, signage, or promotional materials


    🕓 Arrival & Setup:

    Please arrive by 4:45 PM no later than 5:00pm
    Setup must be fully completed by 5:45 PM
    The event begins promptly at 6:00 PM

    The event concludes at 10pm with complete clean up and all vendor property and equiptment removed from host facility no later than 11pm

  • LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

  • Christmas in July – July 25th, 2025 | 4:45 PM to 11 PM

    This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned (“Participant”) in connection with participation in the event known as “Christmas in Juy” held on July 25th, 2025, at the Tower Health & Wellness Center, located at 1801 Colorado Ave, Turlock, CA.

    1. Acknowledgment of Risk
    Participant acknowledges that participation in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, or loss. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in this event.

    2. Release and Waiver
    In consideration of being permitted to participate in the event, the Participant, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or anyone acting on their behalf, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the following parties:

    Health & Wellness Center, LP, and
    Liberty Brand Consulting & Leasing LLC DBA Toscana’s Ristorante,
    including their owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and volunteers (collectively referred to as “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any injury, damage, loss, or harm to person or property, including business property, that may occur as a result of participation in or attendance at this event.
    3. Indemnification
    Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with Participant’s actions, omissions, or participation in the event.

    4. Compliance with Rules
    Participant agrees to follow all event rules, posted signs, and directions provided by event organizers and property representatives. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund or further liability.

    5. Miscellaneous
    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

    BY SIGNING BELOW, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and release, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
