The Cashmere Church of God invites all who are interested to attend our Annual Summer Bible Camp at Camp Aletheia located near Lake Wenatchee, WA!  

Bible Camp is for Bible students of all ages to come and share in God's Word and connect with like-minded believers.  Classes and activities in God's wonderful creation are scheduled and are required for all attendees.  Bring your Bible, your camping gear, and an open heart and mind for learning and sharing in this wonderful setting that Jehovah God has provided.

Camping Conditions:

 

Camp Alethia is comprised of 40 acres of wooded land with RV and tent sites available for all campers.  July is typically one of the hottest months in Central Washington. However, bring warm clothes since the property is in the midst of the Cascade Mountains and the weather can be unpredictable. There will be fresh drinking water provided at every meal and during the day for all attendees and visitors.  Porta-potty toilets will also be provided at convenient locations throughout the campsite, as well as garbage receptacles for trash.

Please help us keep the property clean, safe and healthy by using provided receptacles throughout your stay!

Medical Release & Authorization

Parent/Guardian hereby consents to any medical treatment deemed necessary during the attendee's stay.

Parent/Guardian gives permission to the CCOGFOA Alethia Bible Camp Staff to administer over-the-counter drugs as they see fit to help attendee.

Parent/Gaurdian assumes the risk and responsibility of any injury or liability resulting from the attendee's participation including all activities that are required by the staff.

Conduct Covenant

(For all attendees)

1. I know that guys cannot be in girls-only areas and girls cannot be in guys-only areas.

2. I will not possess, use or sell alcohol, tobaco or illegal drugs.

3. I will not mess with anyone's body, mind or belongings.

4. I will show up at all meals, classes and all organized activities and will do my best to be on time.

5. I will report any injury to the nearest adult or Camp Staff immediatley.

6. I realize they are called undergarments for a reason, I will keep them and their contents covered. Yes, that means both guys and girls.

7. I will treat everyone with respect, cooperate with them, and obey all the rules and expectations of the Camp Staff.

8. Fire is a real danger at Camp Alethia, I will not light any ignitable materials at any time with out full knowledge and permission from the Camp Staff.

9. I will try to have fun and I will stay safe by following these simple rules.

 10. I realize this is an opportunity to shine my light by having a positive attitude, participating, and serving God and those around me.

 

Confirmation & Consent

It is important that the rules of the camp are followed, it helps assure that everyone will have a great experience! If the rules are not being followed, attendees will be dealt with by the CCOGFOA Camp Alethia Staff.  If the problem is serious enough attendee will be asked to sit out of activities and may potentally be sent home.

Attendees maybe filmed and photographed for possible use in a publication, website or video without compensation.
