  • 1. Basic Delivery
    We’ll coordinate with you to shop and deliver your items on your scheduled day or day of arrival. We personalize your grocery experience to ensure every detail is right, even if it means multiple stops. Your groceries will be dropped off at a designated location, such as your front steps or bell services.
    $100 service fee + the cost of goods & groceries (no tip required) 

    2. Premium Delivery
    Our professional team will coordinate, shop, deliver, and stock your items in your vacation rental or private home. Perfect for older adults, clients with disabilities, large groups, or anyone looking for a stress-free experience.
    $175 service fee + the cost of goods & groceries (no tip required)

    Note: Premium Delivery is only available at vacation rentals or private residences. Hotels and resorts do not allow in-room stocking at this time.

    We will send you an additional form to fill out your grocery list request once your order is confirmed. 

    3. Pick Up & Deliver
    Prefer to order directly from your favorite stores? We’ll pick up and deliver your pre-paid orders—up to three stores per request, with the option to add more for a small fee. Choose either Basic or Premium Delivery, and let us handle the running around so you can enjoy your time in Florida or at home.
    $50 + $25 per store if more than two stops for Basic
    $100 + $25 per store if more than two stops for Premium 
    Client pays store(s) directly for goods & services (no tip required) 

    We will send you an additional information form to provide us with pick up details once your order is confirmed. 


    If you have specific dietary needs—such as peanut-free, gluten-free, or Kosher—please refer to our Special Services page for a customized experience.

  • After submitting this form, we will review your order and contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details.

    Please note: Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email, a copy of your grocery list, and an invoice. If your request is submitted less than 24 hours prior to your arrival, fulfillment will be subject to availability and not guaranteed.

    PAYMENT
    For Basic & Premium Delivery: A deposit is due once your order is confirmed with Mocha Delivers. The deposit will equate to the delivery fee plus a $100 hold that will be applied to your final balance. An invoice will be sent to the email address and phone number you provide. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be canceled. The final balance must be paid after grocery pick up. 

    Confirmed orders with a delivery date of 72 hours or less will require immediate payment via invoice for the delivery fee plus the cost of groceries. 

    For Pick Up & Deliver: The service fee due once your order is confirmed with Mocha Delivers. An invoice will be sent to the email address and phone number you provide. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.

    Confirmed orders with a delivery date of 72 hours or less will require immediate payment via invoice for the delivery fee with no 48 hour waiting period. 

    COMMUNICATION
    We’ll communicate delivery details via email and text message. By placing an order, you consent to be contacted through these methods.

    Delivery details, including the delivery window, will be shared 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Orders canceled 7 or more days before the delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
    Orders canceled 2–6 days before the delivery date will incur a $25 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
    Orders canceled less than 48 hours before delivery are non-refundable for the service fee, but the grocery hold will be refunded. 

    No exceptions.

    Mocha Delivers reserves the right to cancel orders with notice if an item becomes unavailable or if delivery cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

    Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to process, depending on your payment method.

    WEATHER NOTICE
    In cases of hurricanes or severe weather, cancellations and refunds will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
