Thank you for your interest in being a vendor or entertainer with us at Darnell Farms.

We are looking for local talent to help liven up every weekend on the farm! Festivals and non-festival weekends available.

We will get back to you with availability and payment options as soon as possible.

Important Info:

You are not guranteed the dates you enter, but we will do our best to accomodate. We may reach out with altered time options, please keep an eye on your email or phone provided.

Entertainers: Covered outdoor stage space with sound equipment provided, please provide any extra equipment/decorations you will need

Vendors: Outdoor 10x10 space, please provide own supplies and display

Festival weekends are subject to slightly higher rates for vendors.

For Vendors

Vendor rates are typically $50 per day on festival weekends, $30 per day on non-festival weekends.

Rates are subject to change. We will communicate with you in advance. Once you have paid your fee, your spot is secured.

Last minute cancellations with no communication/not showing for an event may lead to your future applications no longer being considered.
