    The 2026 BOMA Show Presale is an exclusive opportunity for 2025 BOMA Show Exhibitors to secure their booth at the current year's prices for the 2026 BOMA Show. Presale participants may secure their booth with just a 50% deposit or pay the amount in full. All booth payments are non-refundable. During the last two weeks of the presale (May 21-June 4, 2025), any open booth on the floorplan becomes available for reservation.

  • ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND PRESALE RULES

    1. Online presale registration for your same booth may be completed from May 7, 2025 through noon on May 21, 2025. You cannot reserve a different booth during this period.
    2. Online presale registration for a different booth may be completed from May 21, 2025 through midnight on June 4, 2025. The presale registration site will be temporarily shut down for an indefinite amount of time at noon to adjust registration criteria on May 21, 2025. Those who reserved their same booth during the first two weeks of the presale and would like to secure an open booth may also complete a presale for a new booth during this time.
    3. Exhibitor presale registration will end on or after June 4, 2025.
      A 50% non-refundable deposit must be submitted to complete the reservation. Full payment is also accepted at the time of reservation and is non-refundable. The online presale registration site takes Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and ACH.
    4. To qualify for the member rate, the booth balance will be due no later than Jan. 31, 2026, along with your 2026 BOMA Georgia membership dues. Non-payment of either the booth balance or membership dues will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and the booth location.
    5. Non-members must pay the balance of the non-member booth fee by Jan. 31, 2026. Non-payment of the booth balance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and the booth location.
    6. Changes in booth size and location by presale participants is subject to a $250 administrative fee. No changes to booth size or location are permitted after January 31, 2026.
