Pop Up Summer Camps with Ms. Silvey!

Hello! I am so excited you are here! If your students love slime, painting, hands on activities, science magic and more then my summer pop up day camp is perfect for your child to have some fun this summer!

What: Pop Up Art & Science Camp

Each session includes a snack, hands on learning experiences filled with fun! We will have an art project and a science project during each session. Students will be able to take home their finished product for art and science (when applicable).

When: June 9th & 23rd and July 9th and 16th

9:00 AM- 12:00 PM

Registration is due at least 3 days prior to the start of class to ensure I have supplies ready for each child.

For example, for the June 9th session, you must register by June 7th.

This class will take place outside.

Cost:

(Total Costs Include Registration Fee, Supply Fee, Camp Experiences and Snack- cost is per student registered)

4 Class Package (3 hrs each session for 12 hrs total) $325
June Days ONLY- $165
July Days ONLY- $165

1 Session Only Rate- $85 (Must register at least 5 days prior to the session)

You may Mix & Match dates as well!

We will have a snack provided and may use food ingedients for our learning experiences- please be sure to provide ANY and all food and environmental allergies that applies to your student. Thank you! :)

PARTICIPATION CONSENT
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, give permission for my child to participate in the art class hosted by Elise Silvey at the Bryson Amenity Center. I understand that this activity will take place at a location not owned or operated by the instructor, and I accept all risks associated with participation in this program. I understand that this event is NOT a city of Leander or Bryson Community sponsored event.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I acknowledge that art and science activities may involve the use of paints, scissors, or various art and science materials that could result in minor injuries or messes. I agree to hold harmless and release Elise Silvey, from any and all liability, claims, or demands for accidental injuries or damages to my child or property resulting from participation. I will also inform the instructor of any allergies to materials that may be used in art or science.

EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATION
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Elise Silvey to contact emergency medical services and provide care for my child as needed. I understand that I will be contacted immediately.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation by the instructor, all payments will be refunded in full.

There is no refund for the registration and supply fees as items have already been purchased in anticipation for the class. Once classes begin, there is no refund for tuition.

Please send your registration fee of $50 ($25 registration fee and $25 supply fee) by Venmo at time of registration to secure your student's spot. This $50 goes towards the sessions. The remaining balance ($275) will be due the day of the first class. ($115 for 2 session package or $35 for 1 session)
