The following questions will help us find the right puppy for you. Our goal is to find each puppy a loving home where they can be part of the family. During the first 8-10 weeks of the puppies’ lives, we will be observing and evaluating their physical traits and personalities. We match up the information from this questionnaire with the puppy that most matches your wishes, your home and your lifestyle. The more information you can provide, the closer we can match you with your new puppy.
