Requirements for MVPs (Ministry Volunteer Partners)
To participate on any R Team at Right Way, the following is required:

I am a member of Right Way Christian Center
I have completed Growth Track/The Way classes
I am sincere, worthy of respect and of a good reputation
I tithe and give regularly to Right Way Christian Center
I have a genuine desire to serve and minister to others
I will lead, motivate, and teach others
I will create positive group dynamics and will resolve conflict within the group
I live a saved, spirit-filled life
I attend worship services regularly
I have the temperament and capability of performing the duties of an R Team
I understand that I may serve on no more than 3 R Teams. I may join additional teams after serving one team for at least 6 months.

Leadership Honor Code
As an essential part of the Right Way Christian Center leadership, you have a responsibility to develop and exhibit mature Christian behavior. This should be the basic premise of your desire to participate in a servant-leader position here at Right Way Christian Center. While serving the Body of Christ as a servant-leader at Right Way Christian Center, you pledge to present a good appearance at all times in both attire and behavior and strive to demonstrate Biblical standards in all situations. As Christians, the way we present ourselves to others is of vital importance to the way others perceive Christ. Our conduct should never be an embarrassment to Christ, but it should exemplify the best qualities of a mature believer and servant-leader. Exemplifying the highest moral commitment, Right Way Christian Center's leaders are to maintain a disciplined life of Bible reading, church attendance, prayer, and fasting. As a serving ministry leader, you're on the frontlines and your life should be a testament to others. Therefore, as a leader, you must refrain from any immoral behaviors which may cause Christ to grieve and others to stumble. By providing an example in speech and action, we encourage others to grow in Christ and become servant-leaders themselves. This is a way of life measured by the heart and commitment of each leader in the Right Way Christian Center family.
