Please use this form to enter the 2026 MOUSBC Masters/Queens PTQ. The PTQ will take place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at West Park Lanes in Cape Girardeau. It will be six games across 12 lanes, on the 2026 USBC Masters condition.
Entry fee will be $135 prior to July 19, 2026, and $150 after, subject to lane availability. We can accept Credit Card or Venmo.
