Please use this form to enter the 2025 MOUSBC Masters/Queens PTQ. The PTQ will take place on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at West Park Lanes in Cape Girardeau. It will be six games across 12 lanes, on a sport condition (different than the pattern for the actual event on Sunday.)
Entry fee will be $125 prior to July 19, 2025, and $140 after, subject to lane availability. We can accept Credit Card or Venmo.
