  • Objective

    The primary goal of this new Working Group is to design and recommend an official APTLD Complaints Resolution Process. The group’s responsibilities will include:

    • Researching best practices for complaints handling in similar membership-based organizations;
    • Designing a transparent, fair, and timely procedure for submitting, reviewing, and resolving complaints;
    • Ensuring the proposed process is easily accessible to all members and consistent with APTLD’s values;
    • Delivering a formal recommendation to the APTLD Board for adoption and implementation.
    • The outcome will be a policy framework and practical workflow to effectively manage concerns raised by members, with a strong emphasis on due process and member trust.
