  • If you do not already have a property site sketch and liability waiver you can find it here. Please print and complete the form. You may upload it here by attaching it as a PDF or JPG file. Taking a photo of the completed form is acceptable. 

    Failure to provide an accurate and signed property site sketch and liability waiver may impact the timeline of your project. 

     

    The Liability Waiver and Property Site Sketch is not required for an estimate only. If you can provide a sketch of the site or photos, it may be helpful in estimating the project, but not necessary at this step.

  • Please Note: The following requirements must be completed before service can be installed.

    • Property Site Sketch and Liability Waiver must be on file
    • The foundation must be backfilled and within 6” of the final grade
    • A service route must be cleared 10’ wide of brush, etc
    • A company approved meter socket must be provided and installed by the customer
    • Easements need to be signed and on file
    • Customer related construction charges have must be paid
    • A county or state electrical inspection is required to be done prior to UPPCO being able to energize service

  • Other Important Details

    • It’s important to contact UPPCO if there are changes to your site.
    • When your service requirements are met, and we are notified that your site is ready, service installation typically begins within 15 business days.
    • After the electric service is installed by UPPCO and your Electrical Inspection is received, the meter is typically set and energized within three business days.
    • These timelines are dependent on the complexity of your job, weather, road restrictions, and crew availability.
    • Winter Construction Charge may apply.
    • We will make every effort to work with your preferred timeline, but reserve the right to make the final call on site readiness and other timeline factors.
