This year, we’ve combined our annual membership renewal and member survey into one form - a suggestion we received from several of you to help save time and avoid duplication.

The form should take around 20–30 minutes to complete and needs to be submitted by Sunday 27th July at 11:59pm.

Only one person per organisation needs to fill it out, but they should have a good understanding of your organisation and team.

Please be aware that if a form is not completed for your organisation, you risk losing access to our funding and training.
