Recruitment Fairs

AADPRT is sponsoring virtual recruitment fairs for medical students in 2026.

THIS IS FOR GENERAL PROGRAMS ONLY
TO PARTICIPATE, INSTITUTION AND INDIVIDUAL DUES MUST BE RENEWED BETWEEN 7/1 AND 8/1 FOR 2026-27 MEMBERSHIP YEAR.
The first 25 programs to sign up are accepted for each date.
You may only register for ONE (1) fair.
Students rotate every 20 minutes (encourage them to do so).
Participating programs will be listed on AADPRT's website with a link to program website, program description, and, if provided, a welcome video produced by your program.
TD or ATD must be present at all times.
No more than 3 representatives per program at a time.
