Woodshop Purchase Order form

The Woodshop is exclusively for the use of the current students, faculty, and staff of the Department of Art and the Design Department at BYU.

Machine tools and power tools may only be used after proper training, and when lab techs are present during open hours. Tool-specific training is required prior to individual use, and all those wishing to use the woodshop must abide by its use and safety protocols. Tools may not be removed from the woodshop premises.
