As a vendor/exhibitor, I agree to indemnify and hold Allusion Brewery, the Vandergrift Business Association, and the Borough of Vandergrift and it's agents harmless from all such claims or liabilities of any nature arising from the display or use of property of the exhibitor. I also agree to be responsible for and disposing of all trash/garbage. I understand that any trash/garbage left behind will prohibit me from being invited to future events in Vandergrift. I also agree to comply with the set-up space instructions I receive. I understand that my registration is not valid until my payment is received and cleared.
