without my name, in any manner, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other materials, in any medium, for any purpose, including the
promotion of AARP and its affiliates an unlimited number of times in perpetuity, including without limits, in illustration and advertising, including the
right to edit or modify and simulate my voice, acts, appearances as may be desired by AARP or its affiliates or their designees.

I release and discharge AARP and its board of directors, agents, members, employees and affiliates from any and all liability, claims and demands arising
out of or in connection with the use of my image, name, voice or statements as described above, including without limits, any claims based on rights of
publicity, privacy, or defamation.
