    LIBERTY FESTIVAL PRESENTER

    Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Liberty Festival! The Liberty Festival is not only

    a celebration of all things Liberty, it is also — and perhaps more so — an event exploring the depths
    of the horse-human connection. We invite anyone who would like to contribute to the Liberty
    Festival by speaking, presenting, participating in a panel or doing an arena demonstration to
    complete the following form. The Liberty Festival will take place October 9-11, 2026 at the
    Kentucky Horse Park Alltech Arena in Lexington, Kentucky.

    The focus of this year’s Liberty Festival is education so we are looking for presenters that are
    teaching and sharing applicable tips, techniques, methods and information.

    PRESENTER PERKS:

    ▪ All selected presenters and their sessions will be listed in the Liberty Festival Program
    which will be distributed during the event.

    ▪ Presenters may be featured on the Liberty Festival website, in promotional materials and/or
    on social media.

    ▪ Presenters will be speaking directly to a large audience of Liberty enthusiasts and have the
    opportunity to attract attention to their products and/or services.

    ▪ Presenters will be recognized as experts in their fields by being featured as a speaker at the
    Liberty Festival.

    ▪ Presenters selected for arena demos will receive a special Presenter Discount of 50% if
    they want to have a vendor booth.

    PRESENTER QUALIFICATIONS:

    ▪ Presenters featured at the Liberty Festival must be qualified to speak on the Liberty and/or
    Horse-Human Connection topic specified and be able to provide his/her credentials.

    ▪ Presenters must be comfortable speaking before a large audience.

    ▪ Prior experience teaching/presenting at clinics, shows, expos, etc. is preferred but not
    required.

    ▪ Presenters must provide a professional presentation that is informative and suitable for
    Liberty Festival attendees.

    ▪ Presenters must provide a presentation that is topic-driven, not product-driven, that is
    educational (not promotional) in nature and that is well thought out and prepared ahead of
    time.

    APPLICATION PROCESS:

    ▪ If you are interested in sharing your expertise at the upcoming Liberty Festival please
    complete the following application for review. A representative of the Liberty Festival will
    contact applicants regarding their participation.

    ▪ Presentations will be selected on the basis of quality, relevance and uniqueness.

    ▪ Time restrictions will limit the number of presenters included in this year’s Liberty Festival
    but everyone who submits a Presenter Application will be considered and their name will
    be kept as a potential speaker for future events.

  • POTENTIAL PRESENTATION(S)

    Please submit up to four potential presentation topics for consideration. While arena time is extremely limited, we have expanded availability in our seminar room and roundtable formats.

    To increase your chances of being selected, we encourage you to indicate all formats you are willing to present in, with priority given to Seminar Sessions and Participating on a Panel.

    These settings offer an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge, connect with attendees, and contribute meaningfully to the educational experience of the Liberty Festival.
