    1. Complete the application below.
    2. Upon clicking SUBMIT, you will be redirected to our online payment site to pay the application fee.
    3. Within 3 business days, the school will send you an email confirmation that your application has been received. Please be sure to submit the required documents (see below). You may submit the documents now (scan or take a photo), or you may bring them into the school office, where we can make a copy. Your application will not be complete until we receive these documents.

  • The following are required in order to complete your child's application.

    1. Schedule a classroom tour.
    2. Submit the required documents (see below). You may submit the documents now (scan or take a photo), or you may bring them into the school office, where we can make a copy or email a photo or scanned copy of these documents to utopia@stmsf.org.

    Your child's application will NOT be complete until we receive these documents and the application fee.
