Application Agreement

By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these program rules.
Eligibility
Only professional equine and rodeo trainers within 100 miles of Grand Rapids, Michigan, are eligible for the Trainer Rewards Program.
Accurate Information Requirement
Trainers must provide accurate contact information, including a correct phone number, for rewards points to be added to their account. Failure to provide this information within 30 days of the end of each 6-month term will result in forfeiture of rewards points for that period.

Voucher Usage Guidelines

Vouchers are exclusively for students and cannot be used by trainers or affiliates.
Vouchers are for in-store use only and must be applied to regularly priced items.
Only one voucher may be used per item, with a minimum sub-total of $50 required for voucher use.
Cashiers and management reserve the right to decline any voucher if misuse is suspected.
Trainers must fill in the "Trainer Printed Name", “Student Name”, and “Date Issued” fields on each voucher. Missing information will render the voucher invalid for student use.

Student Voucher Terms

Vouchers are intended for items related to training needs, such as tack, riding apparel, and horse supplies. They cannot be applied to home decor, toys, or gifts.

Rewards Points System

Trainers earn 110 points (valued at $10) for each student who redeems a voucher.
Rewards points are issued every 6 months.
Points accumulate in the Trainer’s Loyalty Rewards account and can be redeemed as follows:

250 points = $20 off
500 points = $50 off
750 points = $75 off
1,000 points = $110 off
2,000 points = $225 off

Rewards points are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
No Expiration on Rewards Points
Trainer rewards points do not expire within your store Loyalty Account.

Program Integrity

Any misuse of the program, including unauthorized voucher use by trainers, will result in termination from the rewards program.

Voucher Distribution

Trainers may provide one voucher per student every 6 months. Upon application approval, vouchers will be prepared based on the trainer’s student pool and will be available for pickup or shipping (at the trainer's expense). We are not able to digitally send vouchers.

Final Terms
The program rules are subject to change. Participation in the program implies acceptance of all current rules.
