-They do not have the right to present themselves as representatives of the Climate Fresk workshop if they have not been attributed that role by the organization.

    II. Duties of Members

Supporting, Coordinating and Contributing to Group Efforts - Being a team player :

    - Members are duty-bound to act in a manner that does not undermine the group's efforts to seek support for its future development. This includes refraining from actions that parallel existing efforts that could harm the group's reputation or objectives.

    - Members are duty-bound to take into account group guidelines for pricing workshops and trainings in educational, non profit and corporate settings. They should justify their practices if they deviate from the group guidelines so as to maintain cohesion and trust among members.

    - Members are encouraged to take initiatives to develop the CF in their communities, so long as they share their initiatives with the group. Shared initiatives should contribute to the common efforts of the group rather than privatizing for their own benefit what the community has collectively thought of, tested, and created. This ensures that the collective wisdom and resources of the group are leveraged to strengthen it.

    Non-Profit Mindset:

    - Members of this group are to maintain a mindset of furthering a non-profit educational effort. Their focus as members should be on the collective impact and educational mission of Climate Fresk Canada.

-This does not prevent a member as an individual from developing a professional activity facilitating Climate Fresk in parallel, as long as this is not the sole objective of that member.

Facilitator and Participant Data Protection :

    - Members of this group are not allowed to use the coordinates ( names, email, location) of global facilitators or participants made available through the Climate Fresk platform for their personal benefit.

-Members are bound to use facilitator or participant data made available through the CF platform in their role as members of the CF Canada group only. They are responsible for ensuring any third parties ( software providers or other organizations) they allow to access this data uses it with a non profit goal and in support of CF Canada's mission.

    Conclusion

By adhering to these rights and duties, members of Climate Fresk Canada ( facilitators and trainers) contribute to a vibrant and effective community dedicated to climate education and action. Together, we can have a much more significant impact in the fight against climate change than divided.

A member's failure to sign or to abide by this charter will result in that member leaving the Climate Fresk Canada group immediately.
