Emerging Leader Program Initiatives
1. **Initiatives Led by ABPA’s Board of Directors**:

In a departure from the past, where applicants proposed initiatives, the ABPA Board now assigns tasks to Emerging Leaders, providing structured guidance and direction.

2. **Inclusivity**:

The program welcomes applicants from diverse Arab American backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of cultivating leadership skills from a young age.

3. **Continuous Evaluation**:

Regular assessment of Emerging Leaders ensures ongoing progress and development throughout the program duration.

4. **Expectations and Commitment**:

Participants are expected to commit 5-10 hours per week over a 10-week period to fulfill their assigned tasks effectively and contribute meaningfully to the program.

5. **Accountability**:

To maintain the program's standards, participants failing to meet expectations may be subject to removal, ensuring the initiative's pace and quality are upheld.
