PROMOTION AND MARKETING
            Paid promotion and marketing via symposium previews website, Day-of-Symposium Program, and Industry Media are based upon eligibility of confirmation date and at the symposium's management's discretion. Promotion is forfeited if the specified dates for receiving materials and the exhibitor contract are not met.
            The space and marketing are provided at the agreed-upon fees. The booth will have two chairs, a six-foot table, and a black or white spandex tablecloth.
            ELECTRICITY/EXTENSION CORDS
            A shared electrical outlet will be provided at a $100.00 fee. We recommend bringing extra extension cords and power strips if needed. Additional electricity may be ordered through the Convention Center at the exhibitor's expense, and forms will be provided.

            Promote your company or product by placing your logo on the Corporate Symposium Banner. Sponsor logo must meet ad specifications for placement.
             
            $500- ONSITE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
            Product Sample Holder and Placement. Place your sample products or information inside symposium attendees' tote bags and classroom tables. This opportunity allows you to place your product into the hands of attendees. Additional material handling fees will apply. Tote bags will be provided for each attendee upon admission on Sunday and Monday. Upgrade your company in the Day-of-Symposium Visual Monitor.
