Photography Agreement
Please fill out whether or not you authorize SE-NM Homeschool Hub to take your minor children’s photo for use, reuse, copy, publication, display, exhibit, and/or to distribute the photos in any educational or promotional materials which can include the organization's public Facebook page, Facebook account, our website and any potential publications. If anything would be added to this, the parent would be notified prior. SE-NM Homeschool Hub agrees to never share photos of any child in a compromising position whether that be body position or clothing malfunction. Any pictures with children in swimsuits will require prior verbal authorization from a parent before posting.
