2025-26 MEMBERSHIP PLEDGE FORM

Being a member of Temple Adath Israel is a choice we’ve all made. That choice comes with responsibilities on both sides. The temple’s is to provide a home that meets your needs as a Jew. As congregants, we must provide the necessary support that allows TAI to fulfill its responsibilities to us.

Please be mindful of that mutual covenant, and increase your pledge for the 2025-26 fiscal year by at least $10 per month ($120 for the year).
