Golden Drum Award
- Nominee must have made a positive and impactful contribution to Dominica’s culture
- Must have at least 20 years of involvement in the field of culture
Special Recognition Award

For individuals, groups, or institutions with less than 20 years of cultural contribution or those who have achieved notable success in a specific cultural field

Awards Rules
- The nominee must be a Dominican citizen
- Self-nominations are not allowed
- Only completed nomination forms with all supporting documents received by June 30Th, 2026 will be considered, Late submissions will not be accepted.
- The Cultural Division reserves the right to verify all information submitted
  False or misleading information will result in automatic disqualification
