* Awards (review nominations, select recipients & assist with awards presentations)
* Virginia Highway Safety Committee (equal representation of Chiefs & Sheriffs - VACP membership not required for Sheriffs)
Legislative (assist Executive Board with identifying legislative priorities for the VACP)

VACP Law Enforcement Certification Program (must be a Certified Chief Executive)
Virginia Law Enforcement Professional Standards Commission (VLEPSC)
