The following rules and policies are implemented from the moment the student is enrolled in our program. Please read the following carefully:
Procedures
● All students are required to wear their academy T-shirts or aprons to class.
● We cannot allow outside materials in our studio due to health hazard guidelines. All the materials included in our material packages are pre-approved by our teachers to ensure work quality. Our instructors are trained to be experts on the materials that we have available in our little art store. It is important for the instructors to be experts on the materials that the students will be using in order to ensure quality education.
● Parents/Guardians must wait outside of the classroom at all times until students are dismissed. This will avoid disrupting the class session.
● If you wish to discuss your child’s progress, please wait until the class has ended and all students have been dismissed to approach the Front Desk for a request to speak with the teacher.
● Students must be picked up before closing hours of the Academy. A charge of $20.00 for every 15 minutes after closing time will be charged for late pick-up.
Tuition & Attendance
● Summer class tuition must be paid in advance.
● All students must attend their regularly scheduled classes.
● The tuition serves as payment for 2 weeks of summer classes. If you wish to attend another 2 weeks of summer classes, head to the front desk to pay the tuition.
● You agree to not dispute any payments made for the Summer Workshop.
Missed Classes
● Each class and teacher’s curriculum is unique. If a class is missed, there is no substitution. We cannot offer makeup classes.
Liability Information
● If for any reason these rules and policies are not followed, Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. reserves the right of admission.
● The studio is not responsible for any artwork or personal item lost, stolen, or left behind.
● Upon enrollment, you agree to our Media Release Agreement that grants the Academy permission to photograph, videotape, or record the student during studio activities.
● You agree that in the event that medical attention is required due to an accident or illness, and your contact person is unreachable, Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. shall be permitted to seek such medical services, as it shall deem necessary and appropriate through EMS/911 and/or local hospitals.
● Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp and its teachers are not certified to work with or teach students with disabilities of any sorts.
● With your enrollment, you hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims to damages against Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. If you pursue any legal action against Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp., Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. will not assume ANY cost of the action made. With your understanding of the facility of Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. you agree that Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. is not liable for any type of injury to any one person that is in attendance. By signing this contract, you agree that Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. is harmless from any suits, attorney’s fees, judgments, loss, claim, liability, damage, cost or expense demand whatsoever in law of equity (including those arising out of any appeals) which may be brought against Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. now or in the future. This is a contract that you agree to abide by.
