Join us this New Year’s Eve in Tradition Square at 5:00pm! Featuring good eats, great drinks, and fireworks displays.

The fun begins at 5:00 PM with the fireworks starting at 9:00 PM. We look forward to celebrating a new year of fun in Tradition Square on December 31st.

If you are interested in becoming a food truck vendor, please complete the form below.

Application Instructions:
1. All applications will be reviewed by the event team of Tradition Community Association and they reserve the full authority to approve or deny participation in the event. Submission of application does not guarantee a space at the event and a formal approval must be provided.
2. Tradition Community Association reserves the right to restrict the type and number of vendors, and to select vendors who best meet the needs of the event.
3. To secure Food Truck placement, a $125 deposit must be paid for each approved show that was requested. Please note: Deposits are nonrefundable. 
4. Full payment is due 30 days prior. Failure to make full payment on time will result in loss of vendor booth space and deposit.

General Information:
1. Food Truck spaces may not be shared or sold to another vendor.
2. Only one Food Truck vendor will be assigned per space.
3. Food Truck Vendor shall take the proper safety and health precautions to protect patrons, Tradition Community Association, the City, the public, and the property of others. Vendor shall be responsible for all damage to persons and/or property that occur as a result of the vendor’s negligence or misconduct.
4. Food Truck vendors are required to supply their own supplies needed for set up.
5. All Food Truck vendors must be present for the inspection by the Fire Marshal. The inspection time will be stated in your check-in letter. Failure to be present at the time of inspection will result in forfeit of space and fee.

Insurance:

Please submit a copy of your insurance listing the following as additionally insured:

• Tradition Community Association, Inc.

• Via Productions, Inc.
  • 208 N. US Highway One, Suite 8, Tequesta, FL 33469

VENDOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tradition Community Association, Inc., their respective officers, directors, employees or agents with respect to the operations of the VENDOR from any and all liability to any person, firm or corporation which may be incurred as a result of the installation and operation of VENDORS booth(s) or cart(s) and any of the items sold at such location. The VENDOR will further indemnify and save harmless Tradition Community Association, Inc., their respective officers, directors, employees or agents with respect to the operations of the VENDOR, from any and all liability to any person, firm or corporation for or by reason of any act or omission of VENDOR or its officers, directors, employees or agents and all manner of actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever. 

VENDOR must submit evidence of the required insurance by way of a Certificate of Insurance (COI) covering Tradition Community Association, Inc., with respect to VENDORS operations and setup for the dates of December 5, 2025, only as additionally insured. Such insurance coverage shall not be impaired or altered without thirty (30) days prior written notice to Tradition Community Association, Inc. and the COI shall so state. 

Tradition Community Association, Inc. shall not be responsible for any damages, accidents, or injury that may happen to VENDOR or its employees or agents, spectators and any and all participants and/or its property from any cause whatsoever arising out of or resulting from the Feast operations. VENDOR hereby releases and holds harmless Tradition Community Association, Inc., from and agrees to indemnify them against any and all claims for such damage, accident or injury.
