Packages are available through April 16, 2026.

EARLY BIRD PRICING for packages expires March 1, 2026.

Add $75 to all package options after March 1, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE:

DCRA will contact you to collect the fees related to the Sail Away Seminar package of your choice.

Your Sail Away Seminar package fee is in addition to your cruise fare and MAY include up to 10 CE hours for reporters, pre-cruise events, and post-cruise events, based on the package you choose.

Due to space limitations, DCRA Members are limited to (1) one guest who is 12 years of age or older. All attendees will be notified if more space becomes available.

If there is enough interest, private transportation will pick up at our luncheon location in Houston and dropoff and pick up at the host hotel in Houston only.

Host hotel information will be provided via email. Rooms at DCRA rate are available first come first serve.

Each attendee will be responsible for making their own reservation at the host hotel in Houston by no later than May 2, 2026.

Included Continuing Education hours may be presented virtually or in person, on land or at sea, and may occur on multiple dates rather than one day, up to a total of (10) ten CE hours.

Currently we anticipate CE presentations will be held on:

November 1, 2026 - Back To Basics Virtual Seminar (Attendance fees for this seminar will be discounted from Gold & Platinum packages.)

May 16, 2026 - Seminar on Land (Lunch & Learn in Houston)

May 18, 2026 - CEs at Sea

*DCRA reserves the right to modify CE schedules as needed. If the ship's itinerary should change, the CEs at Sea will take place on the first sea day.

FINAL PAYMENT FOR YOUR SAIL AWAY SEMINAR PACKAGE WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN APRIL 16, 2026. DCRA WILL CONTACT YOU TO ARRANGE PAYMENT OF THIS FEE AFTER YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY BOOKED YOUR CRUISE CABIN & MADE YOUR SELECTIONS BELOW.
