TO MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST THE SECURITY PROVIDE ACOPY OF YOUR CONTRACT TOGETHER WITH PROOF OF PAYMENTS MADE ON THE CONTRACT TO THE TEXAS SECRETARY OFSTATE.
