  • Youth Medical Mentorship (YMM) is hiring Community Fellows for the 2026–2027 school year!

    We’re expanding our programming and continuing our mission to develop future healthcare leaders across the state of Oklahoma.

    If you’re interested, please complete the application to the best of your ability to see if you’re a great fit for our program.

    We’re looking for:

    College juniors, seniors, or gap year students
    Pre-health students (nursing, dental, PA, medicine, etc.)
    Individuals located in Tulsa, OKC, Tahlequah, or surrounding areas


    What we offer:

    Professional growth and hands-on field experience
    Program management and leadership development opportunities
    Access to a wide network of community health professional mentors
    Shadowing opportunities and letters of recommendation
    $2,000 stipend, plus opportunities to gain additional skills, income, and scholarships
