If you decide to go ahead with your booking please be aware of the following deposit policies. Deposits and booking fees are non refundable under any circumstances, so please be sure you're 100% committed as you will not be able to get a refund once paid. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment I will need 5 days notice of your booking, If less notice is given this will result in the loss of your deposit, A new deposit will be needed to secure another booking. If you decide you no longer want your appointment regardless of notice you will lose your deposit. In the unfortunate event that I may need to cancel or reschedule, for any reason, you will be offered an alternative date or refund of your deposit. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your booking, we may not be able to continue with the booking, in this case you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will be needed to make another booking. If you attend your appointment and tick yes to any of the medical conditions (unless previously discussed) we may not be able to continue with your booking. This will result in a loss of your deposit, If you've made an appointment and later find out you're pregnant, we will honour your deposit until you can be tattooed again. Please note i do not send out designs prior to appointments unless i feel i haven't met your brief and need to check a design element. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this.
