Please issue Credits to my Skiddle account, to the full value of my order (including booking fees, RapidScan fees, charity donations and refund protection). These will be issued within 14 days, and can be used on any event listed on Skiddle (See exclusions below). Credits expire in 5 years.I want to wait and pursue a refund to my payment card. This will be for Face Value only (excluding booking fees, RapidScan fees, charity donations and refund protection), and is subject to Skiddle successfully taking legal action over the festival. I understand Skiddle cannot guarantee success or timescales due to the protracted nature of legal action.

Terms and Conditions

I agree that Skiddle Credits are offered as a voluntary alternative to a refund and are provided as a gesture of goodwill. Skiddle do not accept any liability for the failure of the affected events, which are organised by Wannasee Festivals.

Skiddle Credits are for the full order value, including fees, and are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. Credits can be used against any event on Skiddle (excluding a small number using Stripe payment method). Credits will be added to the Skiddle account used to place your original order, unless otherwise notified to Skiddle.

Should you prefer to wait for a Face Value refund via your original payment method, please be aware recovery can take time, and is not guaranteed. If funds are successfully recovered, we will refund the Face Value of your order only. As per our Terms and Conditions, Booking fees are not refundable.

By selecting the Credits option, I agree that any Skiddle Credits issued are accepted in full and final settlement of my order. I understand and agree that I will not persue any chargeback, dispute or recovery of funds via my pament provider or bank. I acknoweldge that doing so may consittute a duplicate claim, and in such cases Skiddle reserve the right to cancel any ununsed credits and take steps to recover any funds already spent.
