The Hair Refinery offers both Handtied Extensions and Keratin Bond Extensions depending on the clients personal preferences and needs. 

The key differences are that Handtied Extensions need to be reinstalled every 6-8 weeks, and the hair last 10-12 months, they give volume and length all over. Keratin Bonds need to be removed and completely replaced every 3-4 months, but they are more versatile in placement and can be used to just fill in small areas.
