We’re excited to create with you. This quick form helps us plan an efficient, creative shoot that captures exactly what you need to promote your business. Once you hit submit, we’ll follow up with our availability and lock in your date.
What’s Included

This session includes up to 1 hour of on-location filming with one of our team members. They’ll arrive with everything they need, including drone (upon request), ready to capture a variety of video clips you can use across your platforms. Note: This session is focused on capturing video footage intended for reels. If you're looking for a photography session, please let us know.

Already on a Social Media Package with Us
Great. We’ll take the content we capture and turn it into Reels, posts, and graphics for your social accounts. If you’re on the Mastered Package, your shoot may already be included. For all other packages, content shoots are a discounted add-on. Reach out to us for pricing.

Not a Client Yet
No problem. You’ll receive high-quality raw video and photo content from your shoot. If you’d like us to turn that into finished Reels or branded content, we offer editing add-ons. Just let us know below if you're interested.

Tips For getting the most out of your shoot
Let us know your ideas or examples before the shoot. A little prep helps us maximize your time on camera and ensures we capture all your must-haves.

Drone/Wind/Weather Advisory
Thanks for choosing Mix N Morph Media LLC for property shoots! We use drones and other equipment to capture stunning footage of your properties. However, the safe operation of drones is heavily dependent on both weather and wind conditions.

Please be advised that adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, or heavy winds can affect the safety of our equipment and personnel, as well as the quality of our video and photo work. We have a wind speed limit beyond which we cannot operate drones. If wind speeds exceed our limit of 15 MPH or if gusts are unpredictable, we reserve the right to reschedule your shoot. We will work with you to find a new date and time that is mutually convenient.

On days of extreme heat, our equipment can overheat and stop functioning, which may result in lost footage or photos. If this happens, will work with you to find a new date and time that is mutually convenient.

We understand that rescheduling a shoot can be inconvenient, but want to ensure that you receive the best possible results. Thank you for your understanding.

Media Release
I hereby grant permission to Mix N Morph Media, its employees, agents, and assigns, to use my photograph, video recording, and/or likeness for the purpose of Mix N Morph Media, including but not limited to editing, altering, and combining with other media.

I understand that these materials may be used for various purposes, including, but not limited to, promotional materials, educational materials, advertising, and social media.

I agree that Mix N Morph Media owns the copyright to these materials and has the right to use, reuse, publish, and republish the materials in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without further compensation to me.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials before their use.

I release Mix N Morph Media, its agents, and all persons acting under its permission or authority, from any liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the use of these materials.

Additional Disclaimers
Unless you're currently enrolled in one of our social media plans or request editing add-ons, this shoot includes raw, unedited content only (short video clips + photos). This gives you flexible assets to build your own Reels, ads, and graphics — or we can help you with that too! Email us for pricing.

If asked to return, at no fault of our own there will be an additional charge of $100.00

$50.00 charge for anyone who cancels within 24 HRS.

If there are excessive personal revisions - the editing will be charged again for hours worked.

Rush Fee will be charged an additional $100.00

Mix N Morph shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement or misuse of images by clients. Clients are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from copyright violations.
