Code of Conduct 2024-2025
Participation in MegCity Leagues and events is a privilege. All participants are expected to uphold professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times. By joining our camps, you agree to the following:

General Conduct
- Treat teammates, coaches, staff, opponents, and officials with respect and sportsmanship.
- Follow all coach and staff instructions promptly and professionally.
- Dress appropriately and represent the club with pride.
- Avoid behavior that could bring disrepute to yourself or MegCity.
Safety & Respect
- No bullying, hazing, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will be tolerated.
- Use only respectful, appropriate language.
- Respect personal boundaries and do not engage in or encourage violence or intimidation.
- Keep shared spaces clean and respect all facilities and equipment.
Rules & Responsibility
- Follow all local laws, club policies, event/facility rules, and COVID-19 safety protocols.
- Do not use or possess drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or unauthorized medications.
- Report any inappropriate behavior or unsafe situations to staff immediately.
- Be responsible for any damage caused to property or equipment.
Health & Hygiene
- Bring your own water, gear, and sanitizing supplies.
- Report any illness or symptoms immediately and follow all health guidelines.
Consequences
Failure to follow this Code may result in removal from the camp or dismissal from the program at your own (or your guardian’s) expense. All disciplinary decisions are final and made at the discretion of MegCity staff.

Refund Policy
In the event that you wish to cancel your registration more than seven (7) days before the start date of the program, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be given for cancellations within seven (7) days of the start date of the program. No partial refunds will be paid if participants miss any sessions for any reason.

Please be advised in light of the ongoing pandemic that Tekkerz must reserve the right to modify or cancel Programs at any time for purposes of public safety or compliance with directives from local authorities. Should this result in any future scheduling changes or cancellations, we will of course notify all participants and parents as soon as possible and work with you on appropriate next steps, including any applicable refunds.
