Model Acknowledgment
I understand and acknowledge that I am volunteering to be a lash model for a student currently enrolled in a beginner lash training program. This is a supervised, educational practice session, not a professional full set application.

I understand the following:

1) The student is still in training and will be applying lash extensions under the guidance and supervision of a licensed educator.

2)The lash set applied will be partial coverage, not a full or perfected set.

3)The student will focus on practicing placement, isolation, symmetry, and technique to the best of their ability.

4) This is a complementary Lash Set, however tips are appreciated for the student's time and effort.

5) You may have to lay for up to 4 hours and the Academy will take before and after photos for the student's portfolio.

6)Your lashes may not appear uniform or professionally complete, and this service is provided for learning purposes only.
