Discipleship Self-Evaluation Questionnaire
This project is a self-test to see where you are now as a follower of Jesus. There are no right or wrong answers to this test. Your answer to each question is what you feel about your discipleship. It is a test to help you see where you are now, not where you think you should be, or would like to be in the future. So be as honest with yourself as you can without over-rating or under-rating yourself. Read each statement and put a tick in the column that you judge to be most true of you.

When I say or do something wrong, I try to put it right before the day is over by confessing it to God and saying ‘sorry’ to those who have been affected.
I am more concerned to win God’s approval in what I do than to give in to the
pressures and expectations of others.
