  • Upcoming 2026 Dates and Times:

Kaity Brown from Lotus House of Yoga will be teaching a yin yoga class: relaxing, slow-paced, and meditative

    Saturday, May 16, 2026, 2:00-3:00 pm

    Saturday, September 19, 2026, 2:00-3:00 pm

Registration closes on Friday at noon.

At this time, we’re unable to accommodate children 8 and under in this class.

Why Equines? The presence of equines elicits a profound sense of grounding and connection. Expect to experience a heightening of senses and mindfulness, which can boost meditation, reduce stress, and increase gratitude.

Who is this class for? This gentle class is suitable for beginners and offers a great change of environment for the experienced yogi.

What will the environment be like? This 60-minute class will be practiced in our large indoor arena, where our miniature horses are free to roam. A small railing will be placed between the miniature horses and the yogis for safety. There will also be a barrier placed on the sand for support and cleanliness.

What should I bring/wear? Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, or towel to place on the barrier. Please wear closed-toed shoes to the barn. Arena is indoors, but not air conditioned though we do have large ceiling fans, so dress according to your temperature comfort.

What is the cost? The cost is $20 per person, and all proceeds support the participants and horses of HETRA.

Parents/Legal Guardians: If you are registering a child under the age of 18, you must complete the form using the child's full name and sign the waiver in your capacity as their legal guardian. Children under 12 must be supervised by an attending parent or guardian.
