November 22, 2025 & December 13, 2025 @ Forest Lakes South Pool Parking Lot THE HOLIDAY MARKETS ARE HELD OUTDOORS. This is a rain or shine market. Please complete all fields of the vendor application. Vendor fees are due at time of application. If you are not accepted as a vendor you will be refunded any fees paid. You will be notified of vendor acceptance within 7 days of application submission.
  • SPACE REQUESTS

    A vendor is not guaranteed to receive two spaces at the holiday markets just because they apply for two spaces.

    If a vendor requests two spaces but only one is available the vendor will be contacted.  If the vendor accepts only one space instead of two as requested they will be refunded the difference in cost paid and what was received.

    A vendor may request to be placed near or next to a certain other vendor or in a certain location however it is not guaranteed just by requesting.  Several factors are taken into consideration when placing vendors in spaces and not all requests can be granted.  

     

    INCLEMENT WEATHER

    If there is snow or ice that prevents the market from operating safely we will reschedule the market to the following day (sunday) or to the next weekend.  If the the market is rescheduled and you as a vendor choose not to participate on the rescheduled date you will not be refunded any fees paid at time of application. 

     

    MARKET CANCELLATION

    If the market is canceled and not rescheduled to a later date you will receive a full refund.

  • SIGNATURES,PAYMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND REFUNDS

    Payment must be made at time of application or application is not complete and will not be reviewed.

    If vendor is accepted to the holiday markets they will receive an email notification at the email address that is listed on the vendor application.  This is the acceptance notification. Acceptance notification will be sent to vendor within 7 days of application.

    If a vendor has received acceptance notification but declines participation in order to receive a refund the vendor must send an email within 7 days of acceptance notification requesting a refund as they are declining to participate. The email declining participation must be emailed to Alisa Wildman at alisawildman@gmail.com.

    If a vendor does not notify the market manager within 7 days of acceptance notification that they will not be participating they will NOT receive a refund of fees paid.

    Vendor must sign both the vendor application space and the indemnity agreement space for the application to be considered complete.

     

     

  • HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

    FOREST LAKES HOLIDAY MARKETS - 2025

               

    THIS INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, is by and between the Forest Lakes Community Association, hereafter called the “Association”, and the applying vendor, hereafter called “Vendor”, a vendor of the Forest Lakes Holiday Market for dates of either or both 11/22/2025 and 12/13/2025 or to their respective rescheduled dates if applicable.

                WHEREAS, the undersigned Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Forest Lakes Community Association, its staff, employees, representatives or agents responsible from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense which the Vendor may hereafter incur because of such action.

                NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and save harmless the said Association, its officers, agents, employees, community representatives and volunteers as follows:

                Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and save harmless the said Association, its officers, agents, employees, community representatives and volunteers from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense which the Vendor may hereafter incur, suffer or be required to pay by reason of said participation in the Forest Lakes Farmers Market and or any Forest Lakes Holiday Farmers Markets.

                Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Association, its officers, agents, employees, community representatives and volunteers from any and all damages, claims, judgments, losses, payments, costs, fines and or fees levied against the Association and expenses of every nature and description, including attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from Vendor’s participation in the Forest Lakes Holiday Market(s).

                Vendor acknowledges that insurance is not required in order to participate but is strongly suggested.

     

               If Vendor is under the age of 18, legal parent or guardian must agree to the following on behalf of vendor that is under the age of 18:

    BY SIGNING BELOW I  STATE THAT I AM THE LEGAL GUARDIAN OR PARENT OF THE VENDOR AND HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO AGREE TO THIS INDEMNITY AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE MINOR VENDOR AND ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS OR RESULTS OF THEIR ACTIONS DUE TO PARTICIPATION IN THE MARKET.
