Consent for Use of Photos and Videos

By signing below, I, the undersigned, grant Each One Lift One ("the Organization") permission to take, use, and publish my image and/or video recordings. This includes but is not limited to photographs, video footage, and/or audio recordings taken during events, activities, or interactions conducted by the Organization.

Iunderstand that these photos/videos may be used for purposes related to the Organization's mission, including but not limited to the following:

Social Media Platforms: (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc

Website: Official Each One Lift One website and related subdomains

Marketing Materials: Printed flyers, brochures, posters, newsletters, and other promotional materials Publications: Any related public-facing media, such as press releases, annual reports, etc. These images and videos may be used without compensation, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. I also understand that the images/videos may be altered or modified as needed.

1. Duration of Consent: This consent is granted indefinitely unless I notify the Organization in writing of my decision to withdraw consent. 2. Right to Withdraw: I acknowledge that I may revoke this consent by notifying the Organization in writing. Revocation will apply to future use of my image, video, or audio and will not affect prior usage. 3. No Obligation to Use: I understand that the Organization is not obligated to use any images, videos, or audio taken by me. 4. Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Each One Lift One, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of my image or voice, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights of publicity.
