New Students to Salvado Catholic College

In accordance with the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia’s Handbook for Catholic Schools Transfer of Student Records, student records from their previous school may only be transferred to Salvado Catholic College once parental/guardian permission is obtained.

You are therefore requested to complete the Request for Transfer of Information slip below and return it to the Salvado Catholic College Office as soon as possible.
