Membership of the transferee will be activated 7 clear days from the date of the General Committee's approval. Subscription fees for the initial month will be pro-rated accordingly.

*You hereby agree that any false or inaccurate information given by you shall entitle the Club and/or General Committee to expel you from the Club.

1. If application is approved, the Member's spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 are entitled to use the facilities of the Club.

2. The Subscribing Member (Category B) Member is responsible for the expenses incurred by his spouse and children.

3. The General Committee reserves the right to reject any application without having to assign any reason thereof.
