Christmas Child/ren Sponsor Form

Each year, Join Hands Ministry assists in matching local sponsors with Perry County families in need of help with Christmas gifts for their children.

If you would like to become a sponsor, please submit this form as soon as possible. Children are matched with sponsors on a first come, first served basis.

We will accept sponsorship applications until October 30th, 2025 at 1:00 PM.

What is a Sponsor?

We have a diverse range of sponsors, including individuals, churches, businesses, community groups, and more. Here are several ways you can contribute:

Personal Shopping for Children: You can choose to personally shop for one or more children. After submitting your application, we will match you with a child or children from Perry County based on your preferences. Please specify the family size.
Monetary Donations: You can make a monetary donation toward the Christmas program.

Personal Shopping Checklist:

Purchase at least three gift items from the provided list. Ensure all gifts are new and age appropriate.
Double-check your list against the gifts purchased.
Do not wrap the gifts or place them in gift bags for delivery. You may provide wrapping paper or gift bags separately.
Label each trash bag or box with the child's reference number and your sponsor name before dropping them off at Join Hands Ministry.

Drop-off Information:

Drop off the gifts at our office between November 3rd and December 4th during our normal business hours:
- Monday: 9am - 4pm
- Tuesday: 9am -1pm
- Wednesday: 9am- 3pm
- Thursday: 9am - 1pm.
- Friday-Sunday: Closed
Additionally, we will be open on Monday, December 1st and Wednesday, December 3rd from 9am - 6pm. It is crucial that all gifts are received by 1pm on Thursday, December 4th.
Monetary donations for child sponsorship are due at the Join Hands Ministry office by 1pm on Thursday, October 30th.
